Oversees the club's operations, leads its strategic direction, and acts as the official representative of the club.

Welcomes guests, manages the guest-to-member transition, and coordinates club membership campaigns.
Maintains all club records, records meeting minutes, and manages administrative correspondence.
Manages the club's finances, handles dues collection, and manages bank accounts and budgets.
Promotes the club to the community, manages social media channels, and handles external communications.
Arranges the meeting room and equipment, welcomes members/guests, and manages meeting logistics.

Everything you need to know before visiting your first meeting.
Not at all! Toastmasters is designed for everyone — from complete beginners to seasoned speakers. Your first few meetings are just about observing and getting comfortable. You speak only when you're ready.
Absolutely! Guests are always welcome. You can attend up to 2 meetings for free before deciding to become a member. It's the best way to see if Toastmasters is right for you.
We meet every Saturday at 5:00 PM at Mount Litera Zee School, Kaspate Wasti, Wakad, Pune. Meetings typically last around 1.5 to 2 hours.
A typical meeting includes prepared speeches, impromptu Table Topics speaking, evaluations, and various leadership roles. Every meeting is structured, fun, and packed with learning opportunities.
Membership fees include a one-time registration fee and semi-annual Toastmasters International dues. Contact our President or VP Membership for current rates. The investment is minimal compared to the lifelong skills you gain.
Not at all! Our members include students, homemakers, entrepreneurs, working professionals, and retirees. Anyone who wants to improve communication and leadership skills is welcome.
